Mall Cops is a wacky look at the life of two confused and mismatched
security guards who try to keep the peace in a run down rural mall.
Set in Blandford Mall where the stucco crumbles and the colours
induce 70s flashbacks, we’ll follow Carl and Willy through
the dank halls as they attempt to solve crimes and catch bad guys.

Jehovah’s Witness, Lemme Schlippenheimer, whose life changes
dramatically after he speaks to God through his lamp which sets
off a series of farcical events.

A look at the lives of five restaurant workers who, over the course
of one evening, come to terms with their life situations. Created
in the same vein as ‘Dazed and Confused’.
You
will meet with Lauren Shuster, a certified Personal
Trainer and Fitness Instructor, to discuss your specific fitness
goals. She will then design a personal training video\DVD based
on the initial consultation. All videos are unique and include the
most effective exercises to help you meet your fitness and health
goals quickly and safely.

Lauren
Shuster
Lauren Shuster is a graduate of University of Toronto with a Bachelor
of Science in Physical Anthropology and Biology minor. She is certified
through CAN-FIT-PRO as a Personal Trainer Specialist and Fitness
Instructor Specialist. She currently works as an in-home Personal
Trainer. She has also worked as an Aquafit and Low-Impact instructor
as well as a Recreation Director. She specializes in core training
using the ball and stability band. Lauren incorporates her dance
and sports background into creating exercises for her clients that
incorporate balance, flexibility and core strength.
