Like Bruce Lee's 'One Inch Punch' we're small, but powerful. And we strive to make other small and medium sized businesses powerful too. We do this by providing affordable, but broadcast quality video solutions so they can cut through a saturated market and get noticed.
One Inch Punch Productions Inc. is a Toronto based video production company that opened its doors in 2003 with nothing but one prosumer SD camera and a dream: to be the coolest, most bad-##s video company on the planet! Now if you ask me... WE SUCCEEDED!
Seriously though, we're extremely proud of the work we've done to date and flattered by the quality of clientele we've had the privilege of work with. Media and corporate giants such as CBC, Astral Media, Shoppers Drug Mart, Staples, Unilever, Bell/Sympatico, MTV, Sonar Media, Antica Productions, Wanderer Entertainment, Human Contact, GCI, Neat Communications, YouTube Space, Brandt... should say it all, but it doesn't... Blue Ant Media, ORHMA, Canadian Border Services Agency, Hamilton Music Awards, Tigerman Enterprises, Get Ready Online, SNP Communications... still doesn't say it all, but you get the idea. Oh, did I mention all the celebrities we've interviewed? Will.i.am, Ozzy Osbourne, Carly Rae Jepson, One Direction, Adam Lambert, Nelly Furtado, Carl Wolf, and a trunk full more.
OIPP continually strives to bring the best video solutions to both established and new clientele while keeping costs reasonable. Different situations call for different productions and OIPP is always adapting it's style to meet the ever oscillating needs of clients and their budgets. We cater each production to meet the creative needs of the message while adhering to budget limitations. No unwarranted add-ons or extra useless people hanging around set. Every dollar is used wisely and put into the product.
OIPP has not only done work in the corporate and media sector, but we love music too! We've produced concert videos for Jill Barber and Juno Award Nominee Laila Biali in association with RTH & Massey Hall. We've produced music videos for Adrian Pain & the dead sexy, Ash Brigiz and Rebecca Everett along with studio sessions and concerts at CBC with artists such as Blue Rodeo, Tokyo Police Club, Sheepdogs, Sarah McLachlan, Mother Mother, Half Moon Run, Randy Bachman to name a couple.
And of course the films, Web and TV shows we've been a part of: Compete to East (13 Episode Reality show - Antica Productions, Blue Ant Media, eOne, Food Network USA), Trust Inc. (5 Episode Web DramaCBC), CBC Book Club (CBC, Documentary), Backstage Pass (CBC, music performance/interview docs), Red Carpet Diary @ TIFF (Rogers, Verizon, etc.), 48 HR Film Challenge for AIDS (MTV, doc), BNN episode (news), and some others. Short films produced by us (*some have even won awards or found distribution): End of Love, The Relation-chip, Dishwashers' Anonymous*, Close Encounters of a Sick mind*.
